Accommodation will be arranged with in the University campus (Hostels) & out side of the campus. The number of rooms is limited; hence you are required to send in your request for reservation of room as early as possible. If you need an accommodation you are requested to mention this in the Registration form also please mention the type of accommodation required.
Participants need to book the rooms by their own, through the respective contact details given in each hotel; you need to pay the amount directly to the hotel by the mode agreed upon with the contact person. The conference management is not responsible for any issues related to room booked outside the campus.
Note: No separate conveyance will be provided from the hotel to conference venue, participants can use the conveyance provided form the city to the conference venue, but they have to reach the respective bus stops by their own.
